A 22-year-old man is due in court today charged over the murder of a Ballyfermot man almost a year ago.
Gavin Weldon (19) of Raheen Park, Ballyfermot died on July 7th last after a fight outside an off-licence in the Dublin village.
Two local men arrested following the incident were released without charge and a file was sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The 22-year-old man was arrested in Ballyfermot this morning and was due in Kilmainham district court.
