A man aged in his 20s is to appear before Waterford District Court this morning charged in connection with the seizure of drugs in Co Kilkenny yesterday.
The drugs were discovered during a search of a house in the Ballymorris area of Mullinivat yesterday morning.
During the search in excess of 400 cannabis plants were discovered.
Three men were arrested at the scene and held at Thomastown Garda station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act 1996.
