A 38-year-old man arrested on Friday in Co Cavan following a garda investigation into the activities of dissident republicans will appear before the Special Criminal Court in Dublin later today.
Two other men (39 and 44) arrested at the same time have been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The men were arrested during a search of a residence in Belturbet, Co Cavan, on Friday morning.
Gardaí also recovered a firearm during the search.
