Having been served with a book of evidence at yesterday's sitting of Tullamore Court, a 62 year old local man was returned for trial at the Circuit Criminal Court in Dublin to face 42 sex related offences.
The man is facing 20 charges alleging indecent assault, 11 of rape and 11 of having unlawful carnal knowledge of a female under the age of 15 years.
