A District Court judge has accepted jurisdiction in the case of a man facing 21 charges of indecently assaulting 11 males on dates unknown between 1963 and 1982.
At Drogheda District Court yesterday Judge Michael Connellan granted aa application by Mr Felix McEnroy SC, defending, that his client have his case heard in the District Court.
The case was adjourned until March 7th next.
