A man (24) is to appear in court this afternoon in connection with an attack this morning that left a teenager in a serious condition in a Dublin hospital.
The 19-year-old victim was attacked on Upper George's Street in Dún Laoghaire at around 2 a.m.
He is being treated in St Vincent's Hospital for head injuries.
