A 31-year-old man has died following a fire at a house in Tipperary this morning.
The fire broke out shortly after 4am at the house at Templedowney, Toomevara, Co Tipperary.
The victim was named locally as Damien O'Brien.
Three other people, a woman and two men, were treated for smoke inhalation.
The scene has been preserved for technical examination and Nenagh Garda are investigating.
