A man thought to be in his 20's died following a road traffic collision near Carraroe last night.
The man was fatally injured when the vehicle he was driving lost control and crashed at approximately 12.05am at Casla, Carraroe, Co. Galway.
The vehicle then went on fire. The road has been closed by gardai for technical examination. Diversions are in place.
