A man has died in a house fire in Dublin last night.
The fire was discovered at about 11.45pm in a house in Cabra Park in Phibsboro.
Three men who were in the house at the time of the fire were taken to the Mater hospital.
A 40-year-old man was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. The others have been released.
Three other people were in the house at the time of the fire but were uninjured. The scene of the fire is still being examined this afternoon.
