A man has died following a fire in Stepaside, Co Dublin, last night.
The fire started at around 2am at a house on the Rectory Estate.
It is understood that neighbours raised the alarm.
A man who was in his twenties, was overcome by smoke. It is believed that he lived alone in the house.
The scene is now being preserved pending a full investigation.
