Man dies in Dublin house fire

A man in his 70s has died in a house fire in Dublin.

The blaze broke out at about 9am this morning at Ardcollum Avenue in Artane.

Gardai preserved the scene for examination but a spokesman said the fire was not being treated as suspicious.
