A man lost his life when he was involved in an accident on a farm in Co Derry yesterday.
The incident happened at a farm on Tirgan Road in Moneymore just before 6pm. It is understood the man became trapped under farm machinery.
The North's Health and Safety Executive is investigating the incident.
