A Kilkenny man pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin today to the murder of a woman in the city in 2002.
Mr Mark Costigan (18), of Aylesbury Road, Kilkenny, denied the murder of Ms Christine Quinn (36) of Greenfield Road, Kilkenny, on December 5th, 2002.
A jury of six men and six women was sworn in to hear the trial which will start tomorrow before Mr Justice Peart.
