A Thurles man charged with the armed robbery of a local post office has been found not guilty by a jury at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court after a three day trial. Mr Derek Kinch (26), of Rossa Street, had pleaded not guilty to stealing £1,785 from Ms Marie Delaney at New Birmingham post office, Glengoole, on February 24th, 1995.
