A man was returned for trial at the Central Criminal Court by Judge William J. Hamill charged with murder at a vacation court sitting in Tullamore, Co Offaly.
Mr Sean Brennan (49), of Church Street, Tullamore, is charged with the murder of Ms Bernie Sherry, at Shanderry, Portarlington, Co Offaly, on April 5th/6th last. Ms Sherry's body was discovered in the boot of a car in Tullamore on the morning of April 6th.
