AN unemployed man was yesterday returned for trial on a murder charge.
Mr Anthony Butler (29), of no fixed abode, is charged with murdering Sandra Tobin (36), at Closegate in Waterford city on March 15th.
At the Waterford District Court yesterday, Judge William Harnett sent Mr Butler forward to the Central Criminal Court for trial and remanded him in custody until the hearing.
