Man charged with seven Dublin burglaries

A man has been been remanded in custody after being charged with seven counts of robbery at the Dublin District Court today.

A man has been been remanded in custody after being charged with seven counts of robbery at the Dublin District Court today.

The man, who has been named as Anthony Connors, 26, of Darndale, Dublin, has been remanded to Cloverhill Prison until next Friday.

He has been charged over seven robberies on houses of elderly people, one of whom is 100 years old, in Dublin over the last three weeks.

Mr Connors was arrested in Dublin this morning.
