CO Tyrone man has been charged with raping a teenage girl in Dungannon on Sunday.
Mr Leslie Hurst (22), unemployed, of Dergina Road, Dungannon, was remanded on bail until August 28th when he appeared at Cookstown Magistrates Court yesterday.
The court was told that Mr Hurst was denying the charge.
