A 48 year old Co Tipperary man has appeared at Tipperary District court charged with the rape of a girl under 15. The five charges of rape related to dates between March 1st and July 31st, 1995.
He has also been charged with five counts of unlawful carnal knowledge between the same dates. He was returned for trial at the Central Criminal Court, Dublin.
