A man has been remanded in custody charged in connection with the death of a woman who died in a fire at her home in Co Tipperary last April.
The charges arise from the death of AnneMarie O'Neill, Elm Park, Clonmel, on April 27th last.
Ms O'Neill, who was in her early 50s, died after a fire destroyed the Co Tipperary home she shared with her husband Pat.
Jason Murphy (34), Elm Park, was also charged with the arson of Ms O'Neill's family home and of a car. Judge Terence Finn remanded Mr Murphy in custody to Limerick prison.
