A 52-year-old man has been charged with seven counts relating to the possession and supply of drugs.
The PSNI said the suspect will appear before Enniskillen Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Charges include possession with intent to supply class A, B and C drugs and illegal importation of drugs.
The man was arrested on Friday when officers carried out a planned search of an address in the Greenvale Drive area of Cookstown. The substances seized at the scene are believed to have a street value of Stg£12,000.
