A man in his 30s has appeared before Dublin District Court charged in relation to a heroin seizure in Dublin on Tuesday evening.
The man was remanded in custody to appear before the court next week.
The 32 kilograms of heroin, worth an estimated €7 million, were found when gardaí searched a van in the Palmerstown area of west Dublin.
A woman who was also arrested on Tuesday after follow-up searches was released without charge this evening.
