A man (29) has been charged in Belfast with the murder of Joe Souter.
Mr Souter (37) died eight days after he was assaulted at the junction of Belfast's High Street and Victoria Street on July 2nd.
The man, who was arrested yesterday in the Dunmurry area, was also charged with affray and will appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
A second man has been released without charge.
