GARDAI investigating the murder of the republican paramilitary, John Fennell, in Bundoran, Co Donegal, on Monday night have arrested a man under Section 30 iof the Offences Against the State Act.
The man, who is being detained at Ballyshannon Garda station, is understood to be in his 20s and from Belfast. He was arrested just before 9 p.m. last night.
