A 51-year-old man has been arrested following a drugs seizure in Ballina, Co Mayo last night.
Drugs worth €150,000 were seized during a planned search of a house at Bofeenaun, Ballina.
The haul consisted of 3,053 ecstasy tablets, one kilo of ecstasy powder, six bars cannabis resin and two bags of cocaine.
Drug paraphernalia was also seized along with almost €3,000 in cash.
A man was arrested at the scene and was taken to Ballina Garda Station where he is being held under under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act.
