Man admits withholding murder information

A Dublin man has pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court to withholding information about a murder in 2003.

A Dublin man has pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court to withholding information about a murder in 2003.

John O'Hanlon (43) of Millwood, Kilbarrack was charged in relation to the murder of Paul Ryan (27) of Grangemore Lawns, Donaghmede, Dublin, near Birr, Co Offaly.

He withheld the information between April 12th, 2003 and June 6th, 2007.

Mr O'Hanlon was remanded in custody for sentencing next month.
