Man accused of sex assault

A Cookstown car valet is to stand trial on a sex charge. Mr Steven Ian Ballantine (20), of Knockaleery Road, is accused of indecently assaulting a woman in her 20s on February 15th last year. Mr Ballantine, who was granted bail when he appeared at Cookstown Magistrates' Court yesterday, was returned for trial at Omagh Crown Court next month.
