Man accused of North murder

An unemployed man appeared in a Banbridge court, Co Down, yesterday charged with murdering a mother of two.

An unemployed man appeared in a Banbridge court, Co Down, yesterday charged with murdering a mother of two.

Mr Hugh Alexander Lindsay (52), unemployed, of Crain Drive, Portadown, Co Armagh, is accused of killing Ms Eileen Moore (43), of Newtonabbey.

He was remanded in custody at Banbridge Court House to appear at Hillsborough Court on May 22nd.

Mrs Moore's body was found wrapped in bin liners near Narrow Water Castle, Warrenpoint, a week ago.
