Man accused of Clare robbery

A Limerick man was remanded in custody at a special sitting of the Ennis District Court, Co Clare, on Saturday evening.

A Limerick man was remanded in custody at a special sitting of the Ennis District Court, Co Clare, on Saturday evening.

Mr Paul O'Connor (29), of Donoghmore Crescent, Carew Park, was charged with the robbery of £200 from Mr Patrick Skehan (87), Cappalaheen, Broadford, Co Clare, on January 17th last. Mr O'Connor was remanded to the next sitting of Ennis court next Friday.
