An 80-year-old man was killed in a single vehicle crash in Co Donegal yesterday evening.
The man died when the van he was driving hit a fence near Drumkeen on the N13 Letterkenny to Ballybofey road at about 6.45pm.
He was taken by ambulance to Letterkenny General Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Anyone who witnessed or with information about the crash is asked to contact Letterkenny Garda station on 074-9167100 or the Garda confidential line, 1800 666 111.
