Man (63) stabbed at his home in Belfast

A 63-year-old man has been taking to hospital in Belfast after he was stabbed early this morning.

A 63-year-old man has been taking to hospital in Belfast after he was stabbed early this morning.

A PSNI spokeswoman said it was believed the man may have disturbed two men in his east Belfast home at about 4.30am.

He received stab wounds to his chest, leg and arm in an altercation with one of the men.

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Police have asked anyone with information to contact them at Musgrave Street.
