A man died in an overnight house fire near Coleraine in Co Derry.
The 48-year-old was rescued by Fire crews from the blaze at Altikeeragh Road, Castlerock but he subsequently died in hospital.
The fire, which broke out at around 4am, is not being treated as suspicious by the police.
