A 31-year-old man is assisting police in the North with their inquires into the murder of Charles Steed in Dundonald last month.

A PSNI spokeswoman said no further details were immediately available.

Police opened a murder hunt after the death of Mr Steed (92) on the outskirts of Belfast. His body was found in a house at Canberra Park, Dundonald, on Monday February 26 th.

Detectives have yet to say how they believe he died.
