Man (29) charged over €3.5m cocaine haul

A man (29) has been charged in connection with the seizure of cocaine worth €3.5 million.

Keith Mahon of 26 Brookmount, Tallaght, appeared before Dublin District today charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

He was remanded in Prison by Judge Aeneas McCarthy to appear at Cloverhill Courthouse next Thursday.

He was arrested after gardaí raided a flat in Muckross Avenue, Perrystown, on Friday and discovered cocaine with an estimated street value of up to €3.5 million, mixing agent, and other drug-distribution paraphernalia.
