A man was charged at Dublin District Court yesterday with murder during a fracas at a flat in Rathmines last August. Mr Stephen Boyle (28) of Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin, is charged with murdering Gerard Hagan on Lower Rathmines Road on August 3rd.
He is also charged with maliciously wounding Mr Douglas McManus and causing grievous bodily harm to Mr Mark Brown during the same incident. Judge William Earley remanded the defendant in custody to appear again before the court on Monday.
