A man has died and two gardaí were injured in a two-car collision in Co Kerry early this morning.
Jeremiah Harrington (22), from Riverview, Tower, Blarney in Co Cork was driving alone in a car which lost control and collided with a Garda car at Rusheenmore, Glenfisk in Killarney at around 3.10am.
The driver and passenger in the patrol car were taken to Kerry General Hospital and were subsequently released after treatment.
