A 24-year-old man was killed in a road accident in Co Cork early this morning.
The man's car left the road at Forest Road, Kilmoney outside Carraigaline at around 2.15 a.m.
There was no other vehicle involved.
The dead man was removed to Cork University Hospital. He has not be named yet.
The man who died in a crash at Killeighter Cross, Kilcock yesterday has been named as Mr Patrick O'Dowd (49) from Killimar, Ballinasloe, Co Galway.
