A 3.5 acre site near Clare Hall, off Dublin's Malahide Road, is to be developed for residential purposes, the Circuit Civil Court has been told.

Judge John O'Hagan, in granting Patrick Butterly & Sons (Farms) Ltd possession of a waste disposal depot on an 8,500 square feet corner of the site, removed a major impediment to the development.

He granted the Butterly company, of Kilmore Road, Artane, Dublin, possession of the depot and ordered Mr Thomas Travers and Artane Waste Disposal Ltd to remove all property, personal items and belongings from the depot at The Grove, Belcamp.
