London - One Royal Mail manager was shot dead yesterday morning and a second was critically injured after they called at a house to inquire into reports of missing post. A third postal employee overpowered a gunman during a struggle at the address in Ellesmere, Shropshire.
Neighbours named the man who lived at the house saying he was aged 26 and a local gun club member. A suspect was in custody.
