A new 62-page fashion magazine called Threadhas been formally launched in Dublin by Garrett Pitcher, owner of Indigo Cloth boutique, and stylist Aisling Farinella. The magazine, which is distributed free, was set up to give a voice to independent stores in Dublin selling international and Irish labels exclusive to them.

“It is a way of putting Irish fashion on a par with what is happening internationally,” said Farinella, the magazine editor.
