Madrid - Ten people suspected of links to Basque separatists were remanded in custody yesterday on the orders of a judge after lengthy interrogations. An 11th person was released conditionally.
The 11 were arrested last Wednesday during a police operation against the Egin daily and the Egin-Irratia radio station, both suspected by the judge of having financial links to ETA.
