Detectives investigating the discovery of a woman's body in Co Fermanagh have said they are no longer treating the case as suspicious.

The woman, in her 30s, was found floating in Lower Lough Erne, near Belleek on Thursday night. After receiving the results of a post-mortem examination police were satisfied foul play was not involved in the death.

A man walking his dog spotted the body at the beauty spot. Forensic officers had been called in to strengthen the investigation, which also involved a motor launch and police helicopter.

A Police Service of Northern Ireland spokesman said: "Following a post-mortem examination police are no longer treating this death as suspicious."
