An English woman on a two-week family holiday to Ireland won £40,000 after mistakenly filling out the wrong Lotto form. She had meant to play the regular Lotto game but filled out a 5-4-3-2-1 game form. Her son discovered she had selected five winning numbers. The family returns to the north of England later this week.
