A lorry driver appeared at a special court in Cookstown yesterday charged with dangerous driving and causing the deaths of two men in a road accident near Dungannon last Friday. Mr John Martin Brown (31), of Rockmount Road, Articlave, Coleraine, Derry, was also charged with having a defective trailer and a defective speed limiter. He was remanded on £500 bail until November 11th.
