A 15-year-old schoolgirl was killed when she was struck at 11.30 p.m. on Saturday by the 9 p.m. Dublin-to-Cork passenger train outside Knocklong, Co Limerick, railway station, which is now closed down. She was named as Catherine Healy, Ballinahinch, Knocklong, the youngest of a family of five.
