Lifeboat tows crippled vessel

Arklow lifeboat last night began towing a crippled vessel to the Co Wicklow port.

The vessel, a converted lifeboat with two people on board, broke down midway between Ireland and Wales and was taken in tow by the lifeboat shortly after 10 p.m.
