THE brochure of classes, courses and events planned for 1997 by Lettercollum House in Timoleague, Co Cork, is typically imaginative.
In among some excellent cookery courses, including a not-to-be-missed chance to see the brilliant Cork chef Seamus O'Connell demonstrate Pacific Rim Cooking on May 10th and 11th, there is a chance to see Performance Exchange perform Persians by Aeschylus on March 21st and 22nd which is followed by a Greek dinner; a Murder Mystery Weekend planned for later in the year; and a promising five-day break in June which features yoga with Barbara McGuirk, walking and vegetarian cooking.
