MOSCOW - Russia's lower house of parliament, worried by calls to move Vladimir Lenin's - embalmed body out of Red Square, passed a draft law yesterday banning changes to the Moscow landmark. It did not specifically mention Lenin's mausoleum, which lies under the Kremlin walls, or the embalmed body of the Bolshevik revolutionary who died in 1924.
