A dump at Ballyguyroe North, Kildorrery, Co Cork, has been operating contrary to conditions imposed by the Minister for the Environment, the High Court has been told. Mr Michael McDonnell, counsel for some local farmers, was yesterday granted leave by Mr Justice Shanley to legally challenge the operation of the dump by Cork County Council.
