Legal argument in the absence of the jury continued yesterday on the third day of the trial of a man who denies kidnapping and raping a Dublin prostitute.
The man has pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to falsely imprisoning the woman and to raping and sexually assaulting her on December 29th-30th, 1994.
